Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are for in-store credit or exchange only.

To start a return, please call us at (402) 341-1414 or contact us here so we can assist you with your return. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Please note: we will not credit the cost of shipping unless the part(s) returned were a result of our error in providing the correct item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or incur a restocking fee, including:

  • Special-order items

  • Direct ship items

  • Non-stocked items

These items may require a restocking fee, or in some cases may not be returnable at all. Always call us before initiating a return so we can verify eligibility and any fees.

If your order requires special shipping instructions, we must be notified at the time of order. Additional fees may apply.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have (for store credit), and then place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds / Store Credit
You should expect to receive your in-store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you may receive your credit sooner. This time period includes:

  • Transit time for your return to reach us

  • Inspection and processing time once received

We’ll notify you once we’ve processed your return and applied the in-store credit to your account.
